What is an "Emotional Instruction Poem"?
Instrucion Poems as a genre are poems that provide the reader with instructions (whether they're actually meant to be performed or not)
as their form of communicating a story or idea.
My "Emotional Instruction Poems" take that concept and apply it to trying to understand and deal with one's emotions in a healthy way.
I'll admit, they're certianly not for everyone, but I encourage you to try one out and wholeheartdly give you best attempt at following the instructions given.
This form of literature only truly works if you put you pride aside and go for it!!
Hopefully you'll gain something from it!!
(Even if that something is just "Man, I really hate instruction poems.")
